Dr. Preschel has been taking care of my twin daughters' eyes for a few years. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains what he is going to do. My daughters are very curious about the instrumentation and Dr. Preschel is always very kind and explains how everything works. The office is clean, efficient, and modern. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

The front office staff was friendly and efficient, and my wait time was minimal thanks to their application to pre-fill all documents. Dr. Preschel took the time to listen to my concerns and address my questions. He even explained it to me graphically on an iPad my condition. The exam was thorough, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The office was clean and well-maintained, with several lighting levels, comfortable chairs, and equipment cable management. Everything looks very organized, and that gives you confidence. Preschell y su personal son algo que siempre llevare en mi corazon, son demasiado exactos, me hicieron mas de 9 examenes para determinar el tipo de operacion de ojos que necesitaba, atendieron una y cad auna de mis preguntas, ni una quedo sin respuesta, luego el dr. Nelson opera en el Outpatient del Memorial west que es de primera linea con un personal demasiado capacitado que te da confianza al 100%. ya a 3 meses de mi implante de lentes, estoy feliz satisfecha y lo recomiendo, tremendo profesional, tremendo equipo. super feliz.

I am a new patient, since I just recently moved to this area, Dr. Preschel had the cataract done on the right eye, and I feel wonderful! The vision now is so clear that I do not need glasses to see far. The ladies that work at the office are all vey sweet and professional Dr. Preschel is a very charismatic person , as a doctor makes me feel comfortable and I thank him for that. 🙂

Staff was courteous. The assistant was kind and polite. Dr. Nelson was awesome in satisfying and care of his patient. This was the first visit which is very encouraging for us to continue. He was busy but very calm, confident , humorous and displaying cool and smile on his face.

After waiting 1 year for my appointment - I called to confirm. They said they had no appointment for me and I would have to wait 3 months for an appointment. Meanwhile I have a card from them with a time and date on it. Seems to me the office staff is not competent
